Week Three Reflection

Tuesday 17 April

Breakfast

Loch trout, onion cooked in coconut oil, salt and dill.  Lettuce, peashoots and avocado with olive oil (quite large breakfast as I didn’t know what time I’d be having lunch today).

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: Mixing up the probiotics for a bit to add diversity. Proven Probiotics for total intestinal and digestive support.

Increased dopamine boosters: 2 x mucuna drops, 2 x DLPA.

Late lunch/Early dinner

Chicken thighs, onion, part of a sweet potato, broccoli, 1/2 carrot cooked in oil with salt. Peashoots, beetroot salad. Apple. strawberry.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium.

Wednesday 18 April

Breakfast

Loch trout, cooked in coconut oil with carrot, onion, celery, dill. Avocado and rocket with olive oil.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Lunch

Chicken salad at Athena Network Meeting – fairly plain, no dressing.

Snack

Hungry after fat free lunch. Apple and strawberries x 3

Dinner

Lambs liver, cooked in coconut oil with onion, 1/2 sweet potato, turmeric, cumin, salt and dash of balsamic vinegar. With 2 x beetroot and ACV.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium.

Thursday 19 April

Breakfast

Coombe Farm beef mince cooked with onion, celery, carrot, spinach, herbs, coconut oil and salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Lunch

Turkey breast with spring onion, carrot, purple sprouting broccoli (PSB), cumin. Rocket and avocado salad. Apple.

Dinner

Riverford Farms pork rib eye, onion, part of a sweet potato, celery, courgette, kale, cooked in coconut oil and salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium.

Friday 20 April

Breakfast

Coombe Farm beef mince, onion, celery, PSB, spinach, dried herbs, coconut oil and salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: Mixing up the probiotics for a bit to add diversity. Proven Probiotics for total intestinal and digestive support.

Snack

(as no lunch)

Avocado and rocket salad with olive oil and salt.

Dinner

Beef steak, cooked with onion, celery, part sweet potato, PSB, coconut oil, salt and herbs. Apple

Saturday 21 April

Breakfast

Chicken thighs, cooked with spring onions, carrot, celery, PSB, lettuce. Bed of rocket, olive oil and salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Lunch

RIverford Farms lamb steaks, shallot, carrot, kale, coconut oil.

Dinner

Beef casserole made in the slow cooker with shallots, garlic, carrot, turmeric and cumin cooked for 8 hours. On a bed of coconut oil stir fried savoy cabbage.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium.

Sunday 22 April

Breakfast

Riverford Farms lamb steaks, part leek, kale cooked in coconut oil and salt. Bed of rocket, cucumber and olive oil.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Lunch

Wild Keta salmon, red onion, kale, carrot, beansprouts, cooked in coconut oil with salt and herbs. Apple

Dinner

Chicken thighs cooked in oil with red onion, carrot, bean sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, turmeric. 10 fat blueberries.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium.

Monday 23 April

Breakfast

Wild salmon, leek, chard cooked in coconut oil with salt. Avocado. 10x blueberries.

Decreased dopamine boosters: 1 x mucuna drops, 1 x DLPA.

Lunch (out)

Rump steak (not sure what dusted with, probably ‘illegal’ spices) pathetic salad, mushrooms cooked in something unknown.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore, 1 x DLPA

Dinner
