Tuesday 3 April

Breakfast

Cod, cooked in coconut oil with onion, cavolo nero (black kale/black cabbage) salt.

Lemon & ginger tea.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Homemade chicken broth, onion, carrot, spinach, courgette, mixed herbs.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Early evening snack between camps

Sainsbury’s House Salad (no tomatoes), Starbucks youth berry tea.

Dinner

Lambs liver cooked in coconut oil, red onion, broccoli, carvolo nero, salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium

Wednesday 4 April

Breakfast

Burger fried in it’s own fat, red onion, spinach, courgette, salt.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Homemade chicken broth, turmeric and cumin (questioning whether cumin is allowed), veggies. Apple

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Dinner

Pan fried salmon in coconut oil, asparagus, broccoli, leeks, butternut squash.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium

Thursday 5 April

Breakfast

Salmon pan fried in coconut oil, cavolo nero, red onion, spinach

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Lambs liver cooked in coconut oil, red onion, leek, courgette, butternut squash, turmeric and cumin, salt.  Apple

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Dinner

Homemade chicken broth, butternut squash, turmeric, cumin, salt. carrot and onion.

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium

Friday 6 April

Breakfast

Sardines cooked in coconut oil, rocket, cucumber olive oil and salt

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Homemade chicken broth, butternut squash, onion, spinach, turmeric, cumin, salt

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Dinner

Beef burger, grated carrot and apple salad, rocket and cucumber, guacamole (no chilli)

Saturday 7 April

Breakfast

Did strength training this morning before breakfast (REV5)

Lambs mince cooked in coconut oil, onion and spinach. Avocado

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Chicken thigh meat cooked with onion, butternut squash, carrot. Rocket and cucmber

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Pre dinner

Bite of 100% chocolate before realising that even 100% is on the avoid list 🙁

Dinner

Haddock cooked with sweet potato as chips, onion, spinach and coconut oil, salt. 3 fat strawberries

White tea

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium

Sunday 8 April

Breakfast

Wild salmon cooked with spring onions, sliced Brussel sprouts, spinach, salt

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Lambs mince, onion, carrot, butternut squash, chard, turneric, salt, oil. Pear

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Dinner

Gammon cooked with leek, Brussel sprouts, spinach, coconut oil and salt with a dash of mustard powder (which is off limits, bum…)

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium

White tea

Monday 9 April

Breakfast

Lamb mince cooked in coconut oil, leek, spinach, courgette, salt and turmeric.

Fruit tea

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, vitamin D spray, 2 x vitamin C, 1 x B complex, 4 x Essential Parent Oils, 1 x nutrispore.

Gut health: 1 shot of Symprove

Lunch

Homemade slow cooked ox tail soup. (nothing like out of a tin!) handful of spinach on top, ‘spinach croutons’

Pear

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, 1 x nutrispore

Dinner

Gammon, onion, Brussel sprouts, coconut oil, spinach and salt.

Apple

Supplements: 2 x adrenal boosters, nutrispore, 2 x vitamin C, 3 x magnesium
